We love football! A bunch of us play Fantasy Football with our church buddies, but here is a way to participate whre you don’t have to know the players or spend a lot of time setting up your teams. This is simply picking winners and losers for each week’s games. The winner of the season will receive a sausage variety pack from the CSUC Meats Lab. Five basic ideas to know about living a life with Jesus!

So, you have decided to live your life with Jesus and become a Christian? Maybe you have been doing that and would like to expand your basic understanding. This class is designed so that no matter how long you have been in church or serving Jesus, you will find a wealth of knowledge about God’s love letter to us – the Bible!

Current Series: Greater Than

This Week: Serving > Being Served

So why a series title called Greater Than? This title communicates two primary ideas for the month of August. The first idea is that we are going to make the actual REFUGE experience greater than it was last year with better worship, small group time accountability, games, teaching, videos. We are going to step up our game and really focus on what it means to do something greater than we have done it before. The second idea is that Jesus’ idea of greater than is different than our idea of greater than. Greater than to Jesus was to actually become less than in the eyes of culture. We become less than by becoming servants to all. The teaching for the month of August will be our first series in a string of series to help students move from being spectators to participants to servants.

This book addresses the monsters that lie within our own hearts that negatively impact our world and what God’s plan is—to bring peace to the lives of His people.
